OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
